"I have the pleasure of working with Mary Good. I wanted to let you know that recently I placed an order myself over the Labor Day weekend as I did not want to bother Mary on the weekend. It was the biggest mistake as I used your size finder and it definitely did not provide me with the appropriate sizes. Thankfully, Mary saved the day and was able to help me with all of the replacements as everything recommended was too big. Lesson learned that I will not shop without Mary's valuable insights in the future. "When the physical stores closed during the Covid pandemic I began in 2020 to work remotely with Mary. What began as a customer relationship has transformed into a true friendship. I have 13 grandchildren from the ages of 10 years down to 3 months. Mary has gotten to know each of them as a result of our conversations and my purchases. She helps to guide me with my clothes selections for them. Mary remembers the previous choices I have made and this helps to coordinate and match the new clothes that I purchase. She knows the clothes that I am, or may be, looking for and she has a method - sticky notes on her computer screen - to watch for those items to become available. Talking with Mary is talking with a friend. Recently I badly broke my wrist. Mary has texted me just to see how I am doing. We share family stories and I speak fondly of her to my family. When my 4-year old grandson needs new clothes he suggests that I call "Ms. Mary" to take care of it. Mary knows well the HA products and this is extremely helpful. I have always been a tactile shopper; I like to feel the clothes before purchase. Since this is no longer possible, it is wonderful to have Mary understand the type of clothes I like. I trust her to guide me and she has done so successfully. I also appreciate her help with the quick delivery of my purchases."

I was very frustrated when I called because I had talked to two people previously and neither were able to help me. She was able to explain the difference in the two sizing charts, helped me to determine all of our sizes based upon our measurements, made an order as we went along, and was patient and helpful through the entire process.
